Sol & Soil is a prepared meal service rooted in whole, nourishing ingredients sourced from local Costa Rican farmers and artisans. Our rotating menus are designed to support a healthy, balanced lifestyle while honoring sustainability and conscious living.

Each week, we curate a fresh menu nourishing meal offerings that drop at 9 AM on Friday morning. You can select your meals online, and we deliver them directly to your home, office, or retreat location. Meals arrive ready to heat and enjoy—no prep required.

We prioritize fresh, seasonal produce from small Costa Rican farms, alongside sustainably raised proteins and responsibly sourced grains and superfoods. Our philosophy is “rooted in the earth, nourishing every day.”

Meals are made fresh and typically last 3–5 days when refrigerated properly. They can also be frozen upon delivery for use at a later date.

When you order, you can filter meals according to your needs.

Any items that require reheating are delivered in aluminum trays to allow the convenience of going straight into the oven. All others are in glass or compostable/recyclable containers. Our containers are safe for refrigeration and reheating.
